1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Weatherglass on devices you own or control, under the App Store's standard licence terms.
2. Weatherglass Pro
- One-time purchase. Weatherglass Pro is a single in-app purchase (US$4.99 in the United States; the price in your country is shown before you buy). It is not a subscription and never renews.
- What it unlocks. Time travel through the whole ten-day forecast, the Ten-day landscape, the full Best times planner and unlimited saved places.
- Family Sharing and restoring. Pro can be shared through Family Sharing and restored on your other devices with Restore purchase.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by Apple under its own terms. Refunds follow Apple's policies and are requested from Apple.
3. Forecasts are forecasts
Weather data comes from Apple Weather. Forecasts can be wrong, and the sky Weatherglass draws is an illustration of the forecast, not a photograph or a live camera. Do not rely on Weatherglass for safety-critical decisions. In severe weather, follow your official weather service and local authorities.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork or code.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store.
5. Ownership
The Weatherglass name, icon, sky renderer, design and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). Weather data is provided by Apple Weather; Weatherglass is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or reliance on a forecast. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always published at this address.
