1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Pocket Reef on devices you own or control, under the standard licence terms of the App Store or Google Play, whichever you got it from.
2. Pocket Reef Pro
- One-time purchase. Pocket Reef Pro is a single in-app purchase (US$4.99 in the United States; the price in your country is shown before you buy). It is not a subscription and never renews.
- What it unlocks. Every sea creature, including the sharks, whales and dolphins; all six ecosystems; all fish species and plants; and up to forty fish in the tank.
- Restoring. Pro can be restored on your other devices signed in to the same store account, with Restore purchases on the Pro sheet.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds follow their policies and are requested from them.
3. A simulation, not a pet
The fish and creatures in Pocket Reef are simulated. Many are shown at a size and in company that suits a phone, not as they live in the wild, and the app is not a guide to keeping real animals. For real aquariums, ask a qualified aquarist.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork or code.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
Photos, clips and postcards you make in the app are yours to share.
5. Ownership
The Pocket Reef name, icon, renderer, design and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps).
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always published at this address.
