1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Fruit Hugs on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. If you bought the game, that purchase is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds follow their policies.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game or its artwork, music or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the game off as your own.
- Use the game in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
3. Children
Fruit Hugs is made for children aged 4 to 8 and is designed to be safe for them: no ads, no internet use by the game and no data collection. The iPhone and iPad version has no in-app purchases; the Android version has one optional, one-time purchase behind a grown-ups check. A parent or guardian should install the app and accept these terms on a child's behalf.
4. Ownership
The Fruit Hugs name, characters, artwork, sounds and code are owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). The Fredoka typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Capacitor is used under the MIT License.
5. No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
