1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Fidgety on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store's standard licence terms.
2. Fidgety Pro
Fidgety is free to download, and the Panel and Keys are yours to use for as long as you like. Fidgety Pro is an optional purchase that adds the Cradle, the Coin, objects added in later versions, and the Sage, Cobalt and Sand finishes.
- Trying first. Each Pro object can be used for one minute a day without paying. The allowance may change in later versions.
- One-time purchase. Fidgety Pro is bought once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. The price in your country and currency is shown in the app before you buy, and may include tax.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by Apple under its own terms. Refunds follow Apple's policies and are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring. The purchase is tied to the Apple Account that made it and can be restored on your other iPhones and iPads from the Fidgety Pro page or the catalogue. It does not carry over to Fidgety for Android, which is a separate app.
- Later additions. Objects added to Pro in later versions are included in the purchase.
3. Not a medical product
Fidgety is a toy. It is not a medical device or a treatment, and it makes no promise about stress, anxiety, attention or any health condition. If you need help with any of those, please speak to a qualified professional.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the app off as your own.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store.
5. Your data
Your settings are stored on your device. We have no copy of them and cannot recover them if the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the privacy policy.
6. Ownership
The Fidgety name, icon, design and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). The studio lighting (Poly Haven) and sound recordings (Kenney, SFXMint) are public domain, and the Barlow and IBM Plex Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Fidgety is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device; iPads, for instance, have no haptic motor. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
8. Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the date above.
