1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Colour Wise on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
2. The optional purchase
Four games are free. A single one-time purchase unlocks six more games for as long as the app is available. It is not a subscription. The purchase is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, is tied to the store account that made it, and can be restored on other devices using the same account on the same store. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game or its artwork, sounds or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the game off as your own.
- Use the game in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
4. Children
Colour Wise is made for young children and is designed to be safe for them: no ads, no data collection, no links out, and a parental gate in front of settings and the purchase. A parent or guardian should install the app, accept these terms on a child's behalf and make any purchase.
5. Ownership
The Colour Wise name, Pip the chameleon, the game's artwork, sounds and code are owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). The Baloo 2 typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Picture artwork is from Twemoji, copyright Twitter, Inc and other contributors, used under CC-BY 4.0. Capacitor is used under the MIT License.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
7. Updates and changes
We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
